Peaceful yoga practice in the Catskill Mountains

Move. Breathe. Be.

Yoga

Private sessions, group classes, and immersive retreats at Batavia Kill Homestead, our sanctuary in the Catskills.  Or let us bring yoga to you, with personalized sessions at your home, vacation rental, or gathering.

The same spirit, a different practice

Like our paint parties, yoga at The Laughing Frog is about slowing down and coming back to yourself. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, we meet you exactly where you are — no performance, no pressure, just presence.

What we offer

Private yoga session

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to you. Whether you're working through an injury, building a foundation, or simply craving undivided attention, private yoga is the most direct path to a practice that actually fits your life.

Available in-person at Batavia Kill Homestead, your location, or virtually. Scheduling is flexible — reach out to info@thelaughingfrog.com to schedule.

Group Classes

There's something special about practicing alongside others. Our small-group classes are intimate by design — enough community to feel the energy, small enough that you never get lost in the crowd.

Classes are held at Batavia Kill Homestead and select Catskills venues. Email info@thelaughingfrog.com to schedule a group class.

Retreats

Step away from the noise and into something restorative. Our retreats at Batavia Kill Homestead weave together yoga, movement, rest, and the quiet beauty of the Catskills into a few days you won't forget.

Retreats include daily yoga, guided meditation, farm-to-table meals, and time to simply be. Dates announced seasonally.

Batavia Kill Homestead

Nestled in the Catskill Mountains, Batavia Kill Homestead is our retreat center — a place where the pace slows, the air is clean, and the land itself does half the work. Named for the creek that runs nearby, it's the kind of place that reminds you what rest actually feels like.
